Chords in the beginning (and maybe more?) are wrong. In this key, it should be: D, D7, Bb, Bbm

Lack of accuracy. Clearly wrong. Some of the chords are very clearly incorrect. Anyone who has actually tried a Gm7/B can tell that no one would use that in a song.
