I'm still working on this tab but I thought I write down what I had, as little as that
For the first part, I only know the the first to chords, G and C:

G:
e|---------------------|
B|-------0---0---------|
G|-------0---0---------|
D|----0----0---0-------|
A|---------------------|
E|-3-------------------|

C:
e|----------------------|
B|-------1---1----------|
G|-------0---0----------|
D|----2----2---2--------|
A|-3--------------------|
E|----------------------|

Then there's the break, which is very simple and repeats itself until the end:

e|-7--10--7----10--12--8----7--5--3---------------|
B|-8--12--8----12--13--8----7--5--3----5--8--3----|
G|-------------------------------------5--9--4----|
D|------------------------------------------------|
A|------------------------------------------------|
E|------------------------------------------------|

I'll appreciate some help regarding the first part.

i think there are 2 other chords in the beginning,
a Bm and an Am, at the end he also plays a D but thats just that one time.
and i think he also sometimes uses his pink on the 3rd fret of the high e string while playing the C chord
