Artist: Big Daddy Weave
Song: Redeemed
Key A
[Intro]
 A E F#m D

[Verse 1]
A E F#m D (same throughout)
Seems like all I can see was the struggle
Haunted by ghosts that lived in my past
Bound up in shackles of all my failures
Wondering how long is this gonna last
        F#m E A
Then You look at this prisoner and say
       D
to me son
       F#m E A D
stop fighting a fight that’s already been won”

[Chorus]
       A E F#m D
I am redeemed, You set me free
          A
So I’ll shake off theses heavy chains
E F#m E D
Wipe away every stain now I’m not who I used to be
I am redeemed

[Instrumental]
A E F#m D

[Verse 2]
All my life I have been called unworthy
Named by the voice of my shame and regret
But when I hear You whisper, Child lift up your head
I remember oh God, You’re not done with me yet

[Chorus]
       A E F#m D
I am redeemed, You set me free
          A
So I’ll shake off theses heavy chains
E F#m E D
Wipe away every stain now I’m not who I used to be
I am redeemed

[Bridge]
F#m C#m
I don’t have to be the old man inside of me
      A D
Cause his day is long dead and gone------- because
F#m C#m
I’ve got a new name, a new life I’m not the same
      A E D
And a hope that will carry me home

[Chorus]
       A E F#m D
I am redeemed, You set me free
          A
So I’ll shake off theses heavy chains
E F#m E D
Wipe away every stain now I’m not who I used to be
I am redeemed

I think this is an okay version...feels like it's missing something, I like Version 1 much better...maybe it's the bass lines? This is a good start though! :D

There is not a G#m before the E in the verse.

I am redeemed (I?m redeemed)
