Personally, I think love songs are overrated but this is a pretty good song.
I even think they use piano and bagpipes in this one, so it shows there evolving
sound. Anyway, it's pretty simple to play and I think the tabs close to perfect,

Personally you guys strike me as enemies of Billy Talent. If you didnt know, this song is about a girl who he liked (still does) but never had the guts to tell her. To quote Ben: "I wanted to shake her and say- ITS ME! I'M THE ONE!" They did not say they were "goin' emo" as they love punk. One of these days you guys will learn about "Emotive Hardcore" and how people changed the meaning of it to "emo". No only an abbreviation, but a whole new word.

calm down there, skid row. I love Billy Talent's first two albums, and their new stuff is good to. I'm just sayin this one song is "emo", not the entire sound they create. When they sound more like Simple Plan, then I'll start to worry, but I'm just saying Surrender is a more emotional song, that could use more distortion and Ben screaming. I know everyone has a different opinion, and you probably think I'm a simple-minded punk lover who wants one thing only, but I just enjoy the older sounds compared to this.
