Having internet issues with my computer and it keeps timing out when I try to go to the "Suggest correction" area.... so posting here. Not sayin' I'm right... just that this is what my ears are hearing. ;-)Agree with "rayfield" about the 1st fret capo.A couple of corrections that I “hear”:INTRO:F Am Bb - Am - Gm [where Bb and Am each get a 3-count, Bb gets a 2 count, walks down to Am which gets a 1-count, and Gm gets a full 3-count] then finish the walk-down to the 1st chord of the vocal line.END OF VERSE ONE: Intro chords repeat starting with the “F” that coincides with “more”LAST LINE OF BRIDGE:Omit the Bb. I only hear the Gm7 (which starts at “know”) and “C” (which starts at “never”)SAX INTERLUDE: One chord change: while bass is walking down (F – E – Eb – D), the chords over that bass line are: F C (here’s the E bass note) Eb D NOTE: I tried the Am, as well, and it didn't seem to fit as well with the E bass. That E bass is the 3rd of the C, but the 5th of the Am... so it might be a "whatever you prefer" thing.
