This is the version he plays on the David Letterman Show. It's in F here but it
sounds good in any key.

I think this is in the right key for a baritone singer (F), but I don't think the chord shapes posted are correct.
More than likely, (and I've seen it done this way), you would use the shapes to D major, with a capo on the 3rd fret..
I've seen the song on sheet music written in G, but I get a little screechy in the chorus.
Not a major issue though, it would be very easy to transpose the song on this page to D, then note the capo on the 3rd fret.
Other than that, the chord progression is quite accurate, and please forgive me for only giving you 4 stars because of the key / capo issues. I know many guitar players feel capos are a cheat, but I have no inhibitions about using ob=n if servers the cause.
Accurate chord progression, good effort, and thank you for your contribution.

I read a lot of negative comments posted under the different versions of the song on UG. I have seen Dylan perform this song several times and I'm not sure he has ever done it the same way twice. It seems to depend on with whom he is performing and the mood he is in. It also seems the chords used do not always follow the same progression when he switches keys. I assume that is done to accommodate his vocal range or that of whomever is singing with him.
My point being many of Dylan's songs evolved and changed as time passed and even the author allows himself to be creative when performing.
So I am not surprised there are a few very different versions of this song on UG.
