for your C chord, I think he plays it like 032030, and when he plays it he hammers on the note in the second fret so like:

030030
-h->
032030


also there is a bridge that uses
022000
and
032000
that then flows into a D chord to the G chord

just observations from his video and I hope they are accurate =)

I think he might be hammering the B/C# instead of Em, other that that great job!
