dude ur totally confusing..sumtimes i dont know which part r u playing..and
u can play that song in stardard tuning, or even drop D..why bother tuning it to open D tuning.. think about the beginners..

god damn it i broke my G string trying to tune it... haha, well this is a very good video dude, im pretty sure this is how they really play it.. ahha but the standard version(eadgbe) has harder chords.. but doesnt have to go through the difficult tuning. but yeah thanks for the vid man.

Damn man, get your shit straight...You sound like you don't really even know what you're talking about. Two eighth beats? Last time I checked, there's four beats in a measure. The way you explain this really isn't helpful, and to a beginner, they'd be so lost that they'd probably think they should just give up at guitar altogether because they would have no idea what you're saying. Another thing, the chords are played differently by Boys Like Girls. I will give you this though: You have the correct tuning. People mess up the tuning all the time..
