how do you play the Dm/F? 100211? i think it sounds fine as F to me, at least better than how I play Dm/F :(

I think instead of an F chord he's playing Fmaj7 and he alternates between Fmaj7 and Fmaj7 sus2 (play an F Maj7 in first position and lift your middle finger off of the G string - playing open G instead of an A note makes it sus2).
