Verse
G D C
One night in a motel room
G D C
Eyes cast like steel
C D C
I drank the wine that they left on my table
G D C
I knew the morning was too far
G D C
I smoked my last cigarette
G D C
Stay only to defy
G C C
The night was dark and the land is cold
G D C
I was frozen right to the bone

C D G
Just like fire would, I burn
C D G
Just like fire would
C D G
Just like fire would, I burned up

Actually this song was not written by Bruce. It was written by Chris Bailey from the Australian band The Saints.
