Chords are pretty much spot on!

To me "Talking to me too" sounds better with C, C/B (I think that's the name of the chord - 020010), and Am rather than Am, G, Am.

Mm, I disagree with both other comments. I believe that the "talking to me too" part should be played with E7, G, and Am as opposed to Am in place of the E7. Like,
