Is Your Love Strong Enough
Bryan Ferry

Transcribed by Christine James (SetItAlight@aol.com)

[G] Just one [C] step at A [Em] time [D]
Brings us closer to [C] destiny [Em]
[G] I knew [C] at A [Em] glance [D]
There'd always be a [C] chance for me

[G] With some[C]one that I [Em] could live [D] for
[C] Nowhere that I 'd [A] rather be

[G] ]Is your [C]love strong e[Em]nough
[G] Like a [C] rock in the [Em] sea
[G] Am I [C]asking too [Em] much
[G] Is your [C] love strong e[Em]nough

[G] Just one [C] beat of your [Em] heart [D]
And stranger than [C] fantasy [Em]
[G] I knew [C] from the [Em] start [D]
There had to be a [C] place for me

[G] Some[C]one that I [Em] would die [D] for
[C] No way I could [A] ever live

[G] ]Is your [C]love strong e[Em]nough
[G] Like a [C] rock in the [Em] sea
[G] Am I [C]asking too [Em] much
[G] Is your [C] love strong e[Em]nough

G C Em D

[C] Is your [G]love strong e[Em]nough
Just one beat of your heart
Strong enough…

The chords for the chorus are actually Em/Am. So, if you count a 4-beat measure, it's Em for 2, Am for 2. The actual recording speed is a half-step lower. - 1002
