Song: 463
Artist: Buck 65
Album: This Right Here is Buck 65
Tabbed By: ultimatelefty
Written and Performed By: Buck 65 (Rich Terfry)
NOTE: I tabbed this after the music video version, which is also the
version off of This Right Here is Buck 65 if I'm not mistaken.
This is not the Talkin' Honky Blues
version of the song, so if it doesn't sound
right, that's why. I did this because the video version of 463 is
more guitar based. Most parts of the album version are pretty
close to the video version, just played a bit differently or
are played using different instruments/effects. The intro which
is on a harpsichord though is pretty different from the guitar intro
tabbed out here.
In my opinion, this song is amazing! Buck 65 is
a rapper, but this could definitely pass on rock
radio! Love this song so I decided to tab it out,
it's pretty fun and easy to play! Anways, please
rate, comment, and enjoy!
Also, when it comes to playing a D, I tabbed to play both D notes
at the same time, because it's kind of hard to tell which one is being
played, so you can choose which open string you want to hit, or hit
both for a richer sound!

4-6-3 an x, an o and i can't think of a better way to end the day...
Post-Chorus/Solo:
e|---1-1-0----------------------|
B|---3-3-3----3---3---3---3---3-|
G|---2-2-2------2---2---2---2---|
D|-0----------------------------|
A|------------------------------|
D|-0----------------------------|x4

G|-5-7-7--/10101010999977775-5-7-7--|
D|-5-7-7--/10101010999977775-5-7-7--|
A|-3-5-5--/-8-8-8-8777755553-3-5-5--|
D|----------------------------------|Repeat Until End
After playing that ^ twice, this kicks in as well:
e|-17-------13--10---15------12--10--|
B|-------10---------------10---------|
G|-----------------------------------|
D|-----------------------------------|
A|-----------------------------------|
D|-----------------------------------|Repeat Until End as well
Well I tabbed all this out in drop D to find out
that the little bass part (the only thing + drums that plays at the
end of the song) needs to be played lower. What I do is just hit open on
the Dropped D string then tune it down and up real quick, I find this
kind of adds to the effect that is on the bass in the song.
As a bonus, here's the lyrics for you to rap out to:
i don't know what's wrong with the youth of today
wandering lost, it's true what they say
and who is to blame? tv and magazines
they would have you believe that everyday is halloween
why, when i was a kid, playing in the ditches,
living in fear of satan and the witches
the whole world was made of wood and smelled like gasoline
the days were at least twice as long and the grass was green
running for my life, i was cursed by a talking snake
i'd walk all day and throw rocks across a bottomless lake.
there was a killer in the woods who would whistle.
once in a while i could hear him shoot his pistol.
and the other kids hated me...but like a martyr,
i drove myself harder and harder
blood in my eyes, scrubbing to get the dirt off
i didn't say much, didn't like to take my shirt off
i was quick but i didn't know the meaning of pain yet
i would visit father bob and he would show me his train set,
tell me a story, offer me a glass of milk
send me on my way with a question to ask myself
the rain didn't bother me the search had meaning
church was good but i'd rather be dreaming.
high speed horseshoes, harnesses and heavy string
the problem is, today they got an answer for everything.
4-6-3 an x, an o
and i can't think of a better way to end the day
4-6-3 a punch, a kick
and i can't think of a better way to end the day
4-6-3 as yes, a no
and i can't think of a better way to end the day
4-6-3 it's life, death
and i can't think of a better way to end the day
learning the words, turning the double play.
doing some damage in my own subtle way
been all over, i've seen too much
i no longer feel the need to rush
i'm upside down, i'm inside out
broken glass all in my mouth
cut wide open and everybody knew why
'cause when it comes to rocking something fierce, boy do i
