Ok, sorry about this, I have a few corrections for my tab:
-the entire outro should be moved down a string; the two notes currently on the A string should be played on the E string and should be changed from 2-0 to 3-1. It will look like this:
e--------------------------------------------------------------------
B--------------------------------------------------------------------G--------------------------------------------------------------------
D----------2----------------------2---3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-2-2-2----------
A--0---3h5----0---3-------0---3h5--------------------------3-3-3-2-2-
E--------------------3-1---------------------------------------------

-the chords before the bridge are ok as is, but it is easier to play it like this:
e--6-6-6-6-----5-----------------
B--6-6-6-6-----5-----------------
G--5-5-5-5-----5-----------------
D--5-5-5-5-----5-----------------
A--6-6-6-6-----------------------
E--6-6-6-6-----------------------
so you can just bar the fifth fret

-a final note: I played this on an acoustic guitar, so I am not sure how the whole distortion thing works; I think it might come on after the intro. I think that after the intro he slides up the neck or something, but that might just be something electric. I am not sure if this will sound different on an electric guitar.
