I had the official music tab to this song a few years back and you are pretty much spot on except for the Em in the verse, I don't know the name of the chord but it is 'First finger on the B string on the first fret and Second finger on the A string on the second fret' however in the chorus it is a Em played.
For the Interlude for anybody who didn't notice it is just the chorus and Bridge part before the chorus played.
Hopefully that helped a few people who couldn't figure out them little thing's :)
