This is simply an import of my MIDI file. The reasons it doesn't work so well in GP5 or GP6, is that I created a tempo map that matched the record, and obviously GP doesn't support tempo maps.

Also, I used an nonstandard pitch bend range for the guitar solos, so that certainly isn't working as well as I wish.

To hear this as best as possible (depending on your soundcard) visit my MIDI page @

Download the Maui version 4 General MIDI, or the SB32 version for use with a Soundblaster32 (or above.)

In investigating a Drafted tab, I found that GP does indeed support tempo maps. Y it didn't work on this import I don't know. I know that the Drafted tab I'm checking out isn't all my MIDI, but I believe parts of it 2B.

I think 4 grins I'll import my MIDI into a GP and see what happens ...

Commenting here to clear my dashboard and for general information - this tab is an import of elrooster's MIDI that has been cleaned up a bit, but not completely (but it should be better than nothing, and a bit better than what you get right after importing the MIDI). I don't know why the tempo map didn't work properly (I should have checked this - d'oh!). My best guess is that I accidentally deleted the tempo changes when tidying up the track they're on. I may at one stage get round to fixing this tab properly.
