how would I follow the drums on the tab and what does the counts mean? eg, 36,42 38

Hey dude,those counts show you which drum or tom is being used, e.g. 36 means Bass Drum, 38 is Acoustic Snare and 42 means Closed Hi-Hat.You can see these if you change your guitar pro to drum view (it's next to fret view and keyboard view on top of your tool bar), hope that helps you!
