This is the easiest way I found to play but
the specific chords are
 
Dbmaj7|Cmin7|Bbmin7|Abmaj7|Gmin7|Gb7
 
you play that the first time around and on the
second time you add Fmin7 and E7 to the end.
 
The only time it changes is for the bridge.
