I find the chord progression in the first line works better with G, G/F, E7.

dankay05 is getting downvoted, but he is correct, at least according to my recording. Not sure if they recorded the song in more than one key, but I have to put the capo all the way up on the 8th fret. Or Transpose to +7 and put capo on 1st fret.
