[Verse 1]
C G
It's not your fault that you're not her
D Em
It's just this memory in my head
C G D D

D Em
Knowing you're the one that breaks
C G D D
I pray every night that you don't hear the phone

But I still call her when I get drunk
Em C
And she shows up and drives me home

One day she'll give up on me too

She'll wonder why she gave so much and why she cared

The transition between the second chorus and the third Chorus should be C G D G Em C D. You also have two D's and two Em's at the end of chorus and verse. That would tell me to play 8 bars and I believe it should only be 4 bars. Otherwise, great job.
