christianvision Im guessing you probably figured it out but in case others have the same question: any / chord means the first note is the main chord and the note after the / is the lowest base note played. So in C/E you play a normal C just make sure you play it from the bottom E string up. In the case of C/B you just don't play the bottom E string so that the lowest note that is played is the B. Hope this helps. Or you can just google it for a chord chart most / chords come up.
