When playing 5 half steps down and capo on the 2nd fret it works nicely for my range:

I agree the original key with capo on the 1st fret works with the Casting Crowns recording. If you take the capo off it brings the range down a little and makes it a little easier to sing for those that do not have a tenor voice.
