The David Huei one is pretty close. Cat Stevens plays it in F#. Play like it's in F with capo on 1st fret. Transpose by dropping all chords down one full step (i.e. G -> F, C -> Bb, etc.). First two chords at the beginning: F F x C (x2). One of my favorites!

I'm gonna take it a bit further with the capo up to the 4th Fret and then it all makes sense. The chords are now D A Em G then the little quick transition chords are Em C A B the hold the B into an E the D(drunk your) A(wine) D(your world) A(mine) so wont you be Em(fair) G(there) and so on and so forth...
