Try fingerpicking this song & arpagiate most of the chords. I
orniment the Em chord in the Intro & Break so that it follows the melody
of the song like (022000 022002 022003 022002 022000 022002 022003).
Then I play the D-Chord that follows & orniment that chord by hammering
on the high E-string like (x00232->3->2) before playing the C-chord.

Em D C D Em D G G D Em A Em A B Em

[Verse 1]

     Em D C
She hangs her head and cries on my shirt.
     D Em D G
She must be hurt very badly.
         (G) D Em A
Tell me what's making you sad, Li?
Em A D C
Open your door, don't hide in the dark.
        D Em D G
You're lost in the dark, you can trust me.
            (G) D Em A
'Cause you know that's how it must be.
 Em A B7 Em
Lisa Lisa, sad Lisa Lisa.

Instrumental ornamentation in Em
(explained above)
                                         (Lisa Lisa...Sad Lisa Lisa)
Em D C D Em D G G D Em A Em A B Em

[Verse 2]
    Em D C
Her eyes like windows, tricklin' rain
  D Em D G
Upon her pain getting deeper.
          (G) D Em A
Though my love wants to relieve her.
     Em A D C
She walks alone from wall to wall.
 D Em D G
Lost in a hall, she can't hear me.
          (G) D Em A
Though I know she likes to be near me.
 Em A B7 Em
Lisa Lisa, sad Lisa Lisa.

[Verse 3]

     Em D C
She sits in a corner by the door.
       D Em D G
There must be more I can tell her.
       (G) D Em A
If she really wants me to help her.
     Em A D C
I'll do what I can to show her the way.
     D Em D G
And maybe one day I will free her.
          (G) D Em A
Though I know no one can see her.
 Em A B7 Em
Lisa Lisa, sad Lisa Lisa.

Em A B Em

Definately a great song, and a good job on your part, IanvomSaal.

A tway to do the intro bit is to take Em open in 7th fret, or sort of, like so
and fingerpick it from low to high string, and reverse with a pseudo-D
Let the low E ring.

(I hope you can get some sense out of what I've written ;) )
