Actually it is in Drop B

I don't think you people realize that youre arguing the same point. What youre refering to when you say "drop b" IS drop d, 1 1/2 steps down. ...but it's not drop b. that doesn't make sense. that would be tuning your guitar like this: [b a d g b e]. ...and that would sound horrible. if you think this song is anything other than [b f# b e g# c#], youre wrong...and should stop playing music immediately.
