i'd change one thing--i play the ending chords like this A GaddE Fmaj7 0 0 0 5 3 1 6 4 2 7 5 3 7 5 3 5 3 5 it sounds better on my twelve string than the plain chords...

This version is very accurate. Played live on two Taylor 656ce 12 string guitars. See version-3 for exact guitar voicing's for each.

On the intro and the chorus I believe it's Amaj7 and Bm7/E at least that's how I play it on piano
