These are the exact chords Chris plays in the recorded version. He plays in the key of Bb (Capo on 3rd fret in the key of G). There are a few hammer-ons and intricacies in his style but you can figure out what works best for you. The D(4) is technically played like a C/G shape two frets up, but a regular D chord works fine as well.

[Verse 1]
G
 Here I am, confessing again
 Csus2
I know I've let You down
G
I've said it a thousand times
  Csus2
Never again starts now
G
I've slept through so many days
     Csus2
I've wasted so much time
G
Can't solve it with a song
      Csus2
Can't fix it with a rhyme

[Chorus]
        D4
So I'll try
      Em C
To be honest with myself
 D4
Again
          Em C D4
But I can feel just so uncomfortable in my skin
         Em C
Know You told me that You love me
                  D4
But I don't remember when
   Em C
Oh-oh-oh-oh

[Verse 2]
G Csus2
Feel like I was so much wiser when I was 17
G
Saw the world in just two shades
        Csus2
 Didn't stand in the in-between
G Csus2
If the man I was back then saw who I am right now
G Csus2
Wonder if he'd be disappointed in how he would turn out

[Chorus]
        D4
So I'll try
      Em C
To be honest with myself
 D4
Again
          Em C D4
But I can feel just so uncomfortable in my skin
         Em C
Know You told me that You love me
                  D4

"Child, stop listening to yourself so much
       Em C D4
I have made you more than worthy of My love
        Em C
You are fearfully and wonderfully made
           D4
And that's enough"
   Em C
Whoa-oa-oa-oa
       D4
"Whoa, child
             Em C D4
If you could see yourself the way that I do
            Em C D4
You'd see I made you in My image and My work's not through
           Em C
Oh, we'll dance on his disappointment
              D4
In a world made new"

Oh, I know your heart is tired
                   C
The floods and the fire

Have made this seem all too far gone
    D Em
Oh, I know your heart is broken
                         C
But the last words I've spoken

The best is still yet to come

I think in the ending the fifth line is "But the last word's not spoken", not "But the last words I've spoken". Btw, awesome job on the chords!

Love these chords, thanks for doing this song! Probably my favorite song on ultimate guitar.
