Good tab! Here's Chris Tomlin's music video with the chords in the corner. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0pkWrvCZDHA The only difference is an Am7 instead of Am and F2 instead of F.

thanks for the tab, i find the chorus in the original key almost impossible to sing so i transpose down 5 to Em and then capo 2 so staring theoretically in F#m and the D/f# i just play D or play the top F# note on its own (3rd note E string)...hope that helps
