Hey I'm not sure if you meant to denote (C/E) as a C chord, Base note E or vice versa, but the end of both lines "You're so good for me" in the chorus sound like 3 separate chords to me.
Like Such:
You're so (F)good for me (F)(E)(C)

Good job. Sounds good to play along with the song. Only thing that was off was what Max referred to above but I think the chord progression on the end is (F) (G) (C). I don't hear the E in there that he referred too.
