This is Version 2. As follows is a list of changes made.

Guitar - More accurate transcription. Sections labeled more accurately. Uses a more "academic" presentation that reduces inadvertent notes. Incorrect Gtr 2 "harmonics" track eliminated.

Bass - John Jordan's 7 string bass now correctly used. Tuning is now half-step down. The "harmonics" track that was notated as a 2nd guitar is now correctly integrated into the bass part. Part is also more accurately transcribed.

I might update this one last time. If I do so, it will be to eliminate even more inadvertent notes in the guitar. The bass is about as accurate as can be, note-wise. As to why I had originally notated it in standard tuning with a 5 string bass, it is because I simply didn't know better. I didn;t know John used a 7 string bass, and playing in the 1st position truthfully made no sense to me. Usually the open strings are used as much as possible, and a standard tuning allows that for this song. However I recently saw a video of John playing this song, and then I realized my error. Only then did the mystery of how to play the intro harmonics on bass become clear.

In any case, enjoy the tab.
