[Intro]

           A Bm A
e|--------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|--------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|--------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|--------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|------0-2>4~~~--2>4-2-0-2>4-2~~~--2>4-2>4-2>4-2~~--2>4-2-0-0~~------|
E|--0-2---------------------------------------------------------------|

[Verse 1]

A Bm
I used to spend my nights out in a barroom
                                 A A6sus4 A (fill)
Liquor was the only love I’d known
                                           Bm
But you rescued me from reachin’ for the bottom
                                         A A6sus4 A
And brought me back from being too far gone

[Chorus]

A A6sus4 A Bm
You’re as smooth as Tennessee whiskey
                                 A A6sus4 A
You’re as sweet as strawberry wine
                               Bm
You’re as warm as a glass of brandy
                                                A A6sus4 A
And honey, I stay stoned on your love all the time

[Verse 2]

A Bm
I’ve looked for love in all the same old places
                                 A A6sus4 A (fill)
Found the bottom of a bottle always dry
                                           Bm
But when you poured out your heart I didn’t waste it
                                        A A6sus4 A
‘Cause there’s nothing like your love to get me high

[Chorus]

A A6sus4 A Bm
You’re as smooth as Tennessee whiskey
                                 A A6sus4 A
You’re as sweet as strawberry wine
                               Bm
You’re as warm as a glass of brandy
                                                A A6sus4 A
And honey, I stay stoned on your love all the time

[Solo]

[Chorus]

A A6sus4 A Bm
You’re as smooth as Tennessee whiskey
                                 A A6sus4 A
You’re as sweet as strawberry wine
                               Bm
You’re as warm as a glass of brandy
                                                A A6sus4 A
And honey, I stay stoned on your love all the time

e|-(5)-------------|
B|--3--------------|
G|--2--------------|
D|--4--------------|
A|--0--------------|
E|-----------------|
(fifth fret on the E string is optional - I usually just mute it)
Also, feel free to play a D in place of that or just a regular Asus4
