These are the EXACT same chords I used when I started playing this song, except I used the Capo on Fret 4. It sounds EXACTLY like the song when you put it on the 4th fret, but I love this song :)

CAPO 4th fret!! Absolutely perfect. I know we all wish we could sing as beautifully as christina but some cannot. However, capo 4th fret is relevant to her pitch for this song.
