Agreed, good sir. Your chord figures do fit the recording quite well. The moving bass line does suggest G# at the C#m/E-F#/D#-C#m area, as 365 wrote, though a counter suggestion. Instead, make it a G#7/C with this figure: 8-6-4-5-4-4. This fulfills the borrowing of the V7 chord from the key of C#m whilst also maintaining the moving bass line. Sláinte, good sir. This is great, and out of 12 versions, the only one that matches the song almost perfectly.
One correction though:

Yea good idea with the G#7 that sounds right, but I think I will make it with D# in the bass instead of C. Thanks for the comment and suggestion :)
