This is great, and out of 12 versions, the only one that matches the song almost perfectly.

One correction though:

C#m/E F#/D# C#m
Must tense for the note

should be:
C#m/E G#/D# C#m
Must tense for the note

Same thing for the second verse.

Thanks a lot for commenting on my first contribution! and for the great feedback + rating :)

Actually this one spot you mention, was where I had my doubts, and where it didn't sound completely right no matter what.

You sure it's G#? the reason I wonder is because the 3 excact notes he plays on the piano are : F# C# F# , so it would fit with either F# or F#m, but F#m doesn't sound right.

However, your suggestion with G# sounds very good actually. I think I will correct it, thanks!

Agreed, good sir. Your chord figures do fit the recording quite well. The moving bass line does suggest G# at the C#m/E-F#/D#-C#m area, as 365 wrote, though a counter suggestion. Instead, make it a G#7/C with this figure: 8-6-4-5-4-4. This fulfills the borrowing of the V7 chord from the key of C#m whilst also maintaining the moving bass line. Sláinte, good sir. Good job, also.
