I like to start strumming these chords in the outro. Instead of
 
--2--   Use 	--0--

For guitar 2 strum the same chords voiced mostly openly with capo
on 1st fret. Relative to capo:
verse: C#m - A - E - Esus2 (or add 9, mess with it)
chorus: A - E - Esus2;  A- E- Esus2- B
post chorus: E - A- E - Esus2; C#m - A- E - Esus2
