Is this strumming pattern correct?

So I heard this version of "Yellow" from a video of Coldplay performing live at
BBC. Will plays resonator for this version but a regular guitar will work too.

This is really close, but the chorus is slightly out. By taking the original song and transposing the chords to the key of D.
