i'd post it. One note is that for the intro and between verses when he plays the C chord he 
on the B chord on 3rd fret.

Where you have F minor he plays it like this - 133000 , if you listen to the track you can hear the open strings, also the C is just an open C in first position with sliding from the 3rd to the 5th fret on the high E and B strings alternating

I think the Fm sounds more like a Fmaj7.

I think the described 'Fm' is played more 033200 - if you look at some live performances it looks like that too.
