I think this is right.
 
Just G D Am C for the whole song.  I'll try and get the chords lined up right but my
timing may be wrong, try to listen to the song so you understand how to strum. I use DDUD
DUDU for each chord but you may want to play it differently

Don't know what chord you it finishes on I assume a C but I think you may have to end on
a strum of G
