Couple of things. Cream plays this in A, not E and I believe the correct lyric is, ..."you can still barrelhouse baby, on the riverside." The second to the last line is, " tell my friend boy willie brown."

OK but you have to transpose 2.5 higher. As it's an A blues, not E...
