This is right, but I think it is capo 3 with everything down a tone from here (i.e. C, F, C, F) ... the only reason I say this is because then you can get that Csus2 --> C --> Csus2 progression that you can definitely hear at the start of the song.

Lack of formatting. Put chords on whole song, people do use the scroll function, ad these tabs are useless for that, plus it's hard to pinpoint where the chords fall on untabbed verses.
