here's an updated tab of this
there's a tab on ug that gives youthe full intro, so just use that

and here's the chords:

Cadd9 G Em Cadd9

* for each chord keep your 4th and 5th fingers on the last 2 strings of the 3rd fret

    Cadd9 G Em Dsus
So sweet i can hardly speak due to such trauma in my teeth
Cadd9 G Em Dsus
But your body language is telling me that im worth the pain
Cadd9 G Em Dsus
So weak i can hardly keep shaky legs holding up my feet

Cadd9 G Em Dsus
But your body language is tellin me that im not to blame
     Cadd9 G
But practice makes perfect
Cadd9 G
Practice makes perfect Sense
Cadd9 G Em Dsus
I've become what a mother wouldnt want in a son
    Cadd9 G Em Dsus
And I have done a few things i regret
     Cadd9 G
Yeah practice makes perfect
Cadd9 G Dsus
Practice makes perfect sense to me

Cadd9 G Em Dsus
Wake up, first light hearing you calling out
Cadd9 G Em D sus
For your criminal court, then you fled the scene upon being let free
Em Dsus
Conversation ensued
Cadd9 G
And I wanna do so many things to you
Cadd9 G
Sip after sip, you insist you're a hit
Cadd9 Dsus
Sip after sip, yeah i swear I can feel it

Sounds great. Here's CIWWAF playing it acoustically: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2dcZR5N7D8

You can finger pick the intro to make it sound like the actual song.

Intro should be:
Cadd9 G Em D

and

Cadd9 G Em D
But your body language is telling me that im worth the pain

instead of

Cadd9 G Em Cadd9
But your body language is telling me that im worth the pain

Also it would be good to fix the chords, even though you left that little note it would make things clearer. So D is actually Dsus, although D/F# also sounds good. And i think cadd9 is cadd9/g, not sure if that's the right name.. but im pretty sure.

Otherwise looks good!

I played it in standard tuning, no capo, although capo on 1 or 2 sounds good aswell.
