Song: Cannonball
Tabber: Andrew Biles
This is my favourite off the album by a long way, and it's such great guitar work, and
pretty simple to play as the whole song's based mainly around about 4/5 chords and only
two parts (which are slightly different each time, but I've left it the same because it still sounds good).
The tab is all in relation to the capo, you have to listen out for the timing a bit
harder in this song than others as there's a couple of guitars going at the same time.

And it's not hard to fall When you float like a cannonball
The chorus lyrics are slightly changed towards the end and he plays the second line of it
3 times at the end, so you'll have to work out the timing for the extra lyrics, but it's
pretty basic. There's a couple of rests thrown in there, just play it a few times and
you'll see what I mean. After that, just play the intro/verse part over, it's slightly
different again, but not by much.

[Lyrics]
Still a little bit of your taste in my mouth
Still a little bit of you laced with my doubt
Still a little hard to say what's going on
Still a little bit of your ghost your witness
Still a little BIT of your face I haven't kissed
You step a little closer EACH DAY
THAT I can't SAY what's going on
Stones taught me to fly
Love taught me to lie
Life taught me to die
So it's not hard to fall
When you float like a cannonball
Still a little bit of your song in my ear
Still a little bit of your words I long to hear
You step a little closer TO ME
So close that I can't see what's going on
Stones taught me to fly
Love taught me to lie
Life taught me to die
So it's not hard to fall
When you float like a cannon
Stones taught me to fly
Love taught me to cry
So come on courage!
Teach me to be shy
'Cause it's not hard to fall
And I don't WANNA scare her
It's not hard to fall
And I don't wanna lose
It's not hard to grow
When you know that you just don't know

Thanks!
Buying a capo tomorrow so I can play some Coldplay, Rice and Drake when I go away :).
Vanhalenforever, it's using a capo. If you wanted to tune to play this you'd snap your strings.

This tab provides the meat of the song and nothing more. For empirical proof of this, please watch Damien's aol session here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WhDOESgxd0A
I'm not hatin on whoever did this, b/c the tab is very useful as a launching pad and it is practically impossible to tab out. ***

really good tab well done though youve left out a cadd9 in the chorus in between the g and d he only plays it for a beat but its definately there
