You're in the wrong key. B-flat minor is the key. Octaves are also wrong. First two chords Nile plays are above the 12th. E-flat minor is played on strings 1-3 on the 11th fret. The 'ahhh-ahhh" part is an e-flat 7th played at the 6th fret root.
