you got notes right, but when you have the pedal activated (say up 1) you still play on the same fret. for instance, you got 31 on there, but thats actually 19 with the activated 1 octave up. Just letting people who are looking at it.

Has somebody seen a tab made to be played with the whammy pedal like Dave plays it? If yes please leave a link.

Good tab - but you forgot to mention the "woooooooooooooooooooooooooo" slide sounding things are done with a Digitech whammy pedal. Just substitute the note after the /////'s (example, the first one on your tab, 21) for pushing down the pedal. So 9 (pedal down slowly) or pulling back the pedal. 4.
