Taylor plays it in several live videos.
 
Tips: On your fretting hand, play the F and the G chords with your thumb
on the bass note, rather than barring.  This will free up your pinky to
do the rising top note.
 
On your picking hand, the entire song uses only your first 3 fingers (thumb,
index, middle).  Your thumb alternates between the bass note and the second
lowest note.  Look up "Travis Picking" online to learn the technique.
