[Intro]

Em G C D 2x

[Verse]

Em G C D
You only called me your baby when she wasn't there
Em G C D
Now you go calling me crazy because I don't care

[Pre-Chorus]

Em G C D
We'll never turn back time, now lovin' you is an afterthought
Em G C D
Too late to press rewind when all I want to do, do is sob

[Chorus]

Em D G
I've got to break you free
                     C
Don't know why you'd ever say love
        D
Knowing I'll never be enough
Em D G
Breaking the best part of me
                     C
When I don't let you do me like that
           D Em D G G/B C
Can't keep pulling you back to me, me, me, me, me
           D Em D G G/B C
Can't keep pulling you back to me, me, me, me, me

[Verse]

Em G C D
I'll never trust you after the things that I saw
Em G C D
Who wants an ever after if it ain't forever at all

Em G C D
We'll never turn back time, now lovin' you is an afterthought
Em G C D

        D
Knowing I'll never be enough
Em D G
Breaking the best part of me

[Bridge]

       Em G C
You'll never be the one 'cause it's not how it's supposed to be
                              D
Won't pull you back, pull you back, pull you back to me
Em G C
I don't want your love baby we were never meant to be
                          D
It's not enough so you're gonna have to break free
       Em G C
You'll never be the one 'cause it's not how it's supposed to be
                              D
Won't pull you back, pull you back, pull you back to me
Em G C
I don't want your love baby we were never meant to be
                          D
It's not enough so you're gonna have to break free

[Chorus]

Em D G
I've got to break you free
                     C
Don't know why you'd ever say love
        D
Knowing I'll never be enough
Em D G
Breaking the best part of me
                     C
When I don't let you do me like that
           D Em D G G/B C

Can't keep pulling you back to me, me, me, me, me

Em G C D

[Outro]

Em G C D
You only called me your baby when she wasn't there

Em D G G/B C

For the G/B chord I play x-2-0-0-3-x so if you're strumming instead of picking just
be cautious of the high E string because it
will sound like the low E string which you're not supposed to play on a G/B anyway, but
if you're too afraid to strum it you can also hold the high E string down on the third
fret with your pinky. I just wanted to make this song as easy as possible. And one
more thing... At the very very end I play that last C as Cmaj7 x-3-2-0-0-0. If you would
like to play the low E string as well that's fine. It gives more of a messy sound which
I quite like. These minor changes help you sound closer to the piano
on the song :)
