Thanks for your corrections to my tab! In the future though, I think we should use the "suggest correction" button instead of copying my tab and adding corrections. It will make it easier for people coming in to find the best tabs so they don't have to search through a bunch.

As for your corrections, I think they definitely improve on mine for the beginning riffs. For the opening few chords, I still think there may be some open strings playing there. I'm not entirely sure about the middle section. I've known for a while that I messed up the rhythm but never got around to fixing it. I think your corrections are close in some areas but sometimes I can listen and hear a few different things. I wish the production was a little bit clearer there. Thanks for helping get DsO tabs closer to the real thing!

Oh sorry, I'm used to constantly uploading versions of my own tabs. Anyways both versions can still be viewed.

About the open strings, they are the same notes as what's being held so it would be pretty hard to tell. For the middle section I noticed a bunch of repeated parts were tabbed differently each time so I mostly tried to make it consistent, but what's being played is still a warm guess because I can barely hear anything.

No problem at all!

The open strings thing is totally minor but I guess when I play it on guitar I get that extra "flavor" because of the slight bending Hasjarl plays. It clashes just slightly with the open strings (if they are actually played). As for the other sections, I always like to match exactly what Hasjarl plays (even though I know it may just be stylistic variations) rather than repeating it. Listening to it a few times more though, I think you are definitely right about some sections.

Either way, it's good that both tabs are here. Whoever is playing can decide for themselves. Nice job!
