Unwanted, but breathing in the next room, sleeping

My mother, she’s crying and my father’s been drinking
(D/F#) G/B - -
In our run-down apartment where the roof is still leaking

Of empty days and nights spent tired and lonesome

My little brother, just a newborn baby I

Of picking sides and picking fights between them

The addiction, and the lying and the promise of leaving

Sounds pretty good! But I think the chorus is actually

(Em7) Cadd9 - (Cadd9) G/B -
And I?ve got lots of memories like this one
(G/B) Cadd9 - (Cadd9) G/B -
Of empty days and nights spent tired and lonesome
(G/B) A2/Dsus -
When I think back? to all of it

Otherwise, I think your chords correct or at least pretty close.
