[Verse 1]
A E C#m F#
It's lonely now, the streets all fade beneath the sun

A E C#m F#
Drivin', stop blockin' my vision

A E C#m F#
Writing, but all my songs fell off the track

A E C#m F#
Tryin', but no one's listening

A E C#m F#
Cryin', cryin'

A E C#m F#
No one's listening to you, girl

A E C#m F#
Cryin', cryin'

A E C#m F#
No one's listening to you, girl

[Chorus]
G# A
If I scream when you scream
N.C
They’re not gonna miss us now [x4]

A E C#m F#

[Verse 2]
A E C#m F#
She's lookin' right, her nails are sharp

               A E C# F#
She makes you feel so high above the other guys

A E C#m F#
Oh well, her dreams they fade beneath the sun

A E C#m F#
Tryin', but no one's listening

A E C#m F#
Cryin', cryin'

A E C#m F#
No one's listening to you, girl

A E C#m F#
Cryin', cryin'

A E C#m F#
No one's listening to you, girl

[Chorus]
G# A
If I scream when you scream
N.C
They’re not gonna miss us now [x4]

I think your F# and G# should be minor chords.

Also the main riff is something like this:

e|-------------------------
B|----10~9979~79~----------
G|4~6~-----------4~6~------
D|-------------------6~5~6~
A|-------------------------
E|-------------------------

I agree with the second part! However I do think they are major chords.

I tried playing it both ways and the minor chords definitely sound better to me. It also fits the major scale properly, which is what made me consider playing them as minor chords to begin with. If they are just simply power chords, then it doesn't matter, but should be notated properly (instead of A, you would call it A5, for example). Try it out a bit yourself and see which you think works best.
