Yes! This is the only correct one!!!
It actually is partially adjusted for the capo. Showing 0 when the capo is at 3 is adjusting to the capo. It's just all the other notes aren't adjusted for the capo. Only open notes are shown in relation to the capo, so this simultaneously makes it easier and harder to understand. Basically play all fretted notes as if there were no capo.
I like how he did it not adjusted to the capo, so it can be practiced either way. It will sound off without the capo though.
